需要帳號嗎？資料存在哪裡？
App 沒有帳號或開發者營運的後端。植物資料、照片、附件、日誌、任務、位置、庫存、行事曆與通知設定儲存在你的裝置，不會由 App 自行上傳。Apple 裝置備份可能依系統設定保留 App 資料。
如何備份與還原？會自動同步嗎？
手動匯出包含植物資料與媒體檔的完整備份，在系統檔案選擇器中存到 iCloud Drive，之後再選擇檔案還原。備份不會自動同步，儲存與分享位置由你決定。備份可能包含照片與完整植物紀錄，請勿在公開留言附上。
如何關閉任務通知？
任務提醒需要你的許可，並由裝置排程本機通知。你可隨時在 App 或 iOS 設定中關閉。
可以拒絕追蹤或重新選擇廣告隱私嗎？
你可以拒絕 Apple 的跨 App 追蹤授權，植物記錄功能仍可使用；沒有廣告時也可繼續記錄。當 SDK 要求提供隱私選項時，可在「設定 → 廣告隱私」重新開啟表單。非個人化廣告不代表完全不蒐集資料。
回報問題
App 問題：請提供 App 版本、裝置型號、iOS 版本及重現步驟。如附截圖，請先遮蔽個人資料。備份檔可能包含照片與完整植物紀錄，請勿在公開留言附上。
不適當廣告：請提供廣告出現的時間與時區、廣告內容及當時操作。請勿為了回報而點擊廣告。請勿寄送密碼、驗證碼、付款資料或私鑰。

Do I need an account, and where is my data stored?
The app has no account or developer-operated backend. Plant records, photos, attachments, journals, tasks, locations, inventory, calendar entries, and notification settings stay on your device and are not uploaded by the app itself. Apple device backups may retain app data according to your settings.
How do I back up and restore? Does it sync automatically?
Manually export a complete backup containing plant records and media, save it to iCloud Drive through the system file picker, and select the file later to restore it. Backups do not sync automatically; you choose where to store or share them. They may contain photos and full plant records, so do not post them publicly.
How do I turn off task reminders?
Task reminders require your permission and are scheduled locally on your device. You can turn them off in the app or iOS Settings at any time.
Can I decline tracking or review ad privacy choices?
You can decline Apple’s cross-app tracking authorization and still use plant records; these features also work when ads are unavailable. When required by the SDK, reopen privacy choices in Settings → Ad privacy. Non-personalized ads do not mean no data is collected.
Report a problem
App issues: include the app version, device model, iOS version, and steps to reproduce. Hide personal information in screenshots. Backup files may contain photos and full plant records; do not post them publicly.
Inappropriate ads: include the time and time zone, ad content, and what you were doing. Do not click an ad just to report it. Never send passwords, verification codes, payment details, or private keys.
