為什麼沒有即時 CPU 溫度或設定頁電池健康度？
iOS 公開介面未提供即時 CPU 攝氏溫度或設定頁的電池健康度。系統熱狀態是分級，不是攝氏溫度。你可匯入 Analytics／sysdiagnose，讀取檔案內可辨識的電池與硬體紀錄；這些是歷史值，並非即時感測，也不等同設定頁的電池健康度。
如何匯入詳細硬體資料？
從「設定 → 隱私權與安全性 → 分析與改進 → 分析資料」選擇 Analytics 或已產生的 sysdiagnose，分享並儲存到「檔案」。回到 Inside 的「硬體資訊 → 匯入診斷檔」。支援 .tar.gz、.tgz、.tar、Analytics、JSON、plist、IODeviceTree 與 IOService；目前不支援 ZIP。可用欄位依系統與檔案而異，未知代碼不猜測供應商，也不評定零件等級。請勿把整份私人 sysdiagnose 寄給客服。
健檢通過代表完全正常嗎？
不代表。結果是此次操作與使用者觀察，無法排除間歇性故障、老化，也不驗證原廠零件。
Inside 需要付費嗎？
首版免費使用，可能顯示橫幅廣告；沒有去廣告購買或訂閱。
充電時鐘會在鎖屏繼續運作嗎？
充電時鐘是 App 前景功能，不取代 iOS 鎖定畫面。離開或鎖屏後不會持續建立完整觀察紀錄。

Why is there no live CPU temperature or battery health from Settings?
Public iOS APIs do not provide live CPU temperature in degrees Celsius or the battery health shown in Settings. System thermal state is a category, not a Celsius temperature. You can import Analytics or sysdiagnose to read recognizable battery and hardware records in those files. These are historical values, not live sensor readings, and are not equivalent to battery health in Settings.
How do I import detailed hardware information?
In Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements → Analytics Data, select Analytics or an existing sysdiagnose, then share and save it to Files. In Inside, open Hardware information → Import diagnostic file. Supported formats include .tar.gz, .tgz, .tar, Analytics, JSON, plist, IODeviceTree, and IOService; ZIP is currently unsupported. Available fields vary by system and file. Inside does not guess suppliers from unknown codes or grade components. Do not email a complete private sysdiagnose to support.
Does passing a checkup mean everything is working perfectly?
No. Results reflect this check and the user’s observations. They cannot rule out intermittent faults or aging, and do not verify original components.
Does Inside require payment?
The first version is free and may show banner ads. It has no remove-ads purchase or subscription.
Does the charging clock keep running on the lock screen?
The charging clock is a foreground app feature and does not replace the iOS lock screen. After you leave the app or lock the screen, it does not continue building a complete observation record.
Report a problem
Include the app version, iOS version, device model, and steps to reproduce. Do not attach complete diagnostic files, private recordings, or sensitive notes. Do not email a complete private sysdiagnose to support.
