常見問題
怎麼登記？
月經來的那天，在「今天」按「月經來了」；結束時按「月經結束了」。忘了登記也沒關係，在「月曆」點一下過去的日期就能補登或取消。
預測是怎麼算的？
下次經期依你最近最多 6 次週期的平均長度推算；記錄不足時使用你設定的週期長度。排卵日約在下次經期前 14 天，受孕期為排卵日前 5 天到後 1 天。沒有登記時，App 會繼續往後推測，並在超過預測日時提醒你可能晚了。預測僅供參考，不是醫療建議，也不能用來避孕。
換手機資料會不見嗎？
只要兩台裝置登入同一個 iCloud 帳號，記錄會自動同步。若 iCloud 無法使用，記錄仍會保存在目前的裝置上。
如何移除廣告或還原購買？
在「設定 → 移除廣告」一次購買，沒有訂閱。換裝置或重新安裝後，在同一頁選擇「還原購買」，並確認 App Store 使用原本的 Apple 帳號。
如何刪除資料？
在月曆點一下已登記的日期即可取消；在「設定 → 刪除所有記錄」可清除全部記錄（包含 iCloud 中的記錄）。

How do I log my period?
On the day it starts, tap My period started on the Today tab; tap My period ended when it’s over. Forgot a day? Tap any past date in the Calendar to add or remove it.
How are predictions made?
Your next period is estimated from the average of up to your last 6 cycles, or from the cycle length you set when there isn’t enough history. Ovulation is estimated about 14 days before the next period, and the fertile window runs from 5 days before to 1 day after ovulation. If you don’t log, the app keeps predicting ahead and lets you know when a period may be late. Predictions are estimates, not medical advice, and must not be used as contraception.
Will I lose my logs on a new phone?
Logs sync automatically between devices signed in to the same iCloud account. If iCloud is unavailable, logs stay saved on the current device.
How do I remove ads or restore a purchase?
Buy Remove ads once in Settings → Remove ads; there is no subscription. After reinstalling or switching devices, choose Restore purchases on the same screen using the same Apple Account in the App Store.
How do I delete my data?
Tap a logged day in the Calendar to remove it, or use Settings → Delete all logs to clear every record, including those in iCloud.
Report a problem
Include the app version, device model, iOS version, and the steps that led to the problem. Please don’t send period logs, health data, Apple Account passwords, or payment details.
